This project involved the complete design and development of an interactive memory matching game built entirely in React. The goal was to create a digital experience that reflects a commitment to clean component architecture, conditional rendering, and responsive design, while also offering a frictionless, offline-capable user experience.

The architecture was inspired by the efficiency of modern frontend frameworks, using a refined tech stack featuring React hooks, JavaScript ES6+, and CSS Grid. I focused on a modular component structure that emphasizes state tracking and dynamic layout randomization. Fluid card flipping animations create a highly engaging visual experience, while custom hooks for app badges ensure robust Progressive Web App (PWA) compatibility.
The application was built using modern web standards to ensure performance and reliability, even without an internet connection. I implemented a strict state management system that allows the app to track gameplay streaks, handle flip delays, and detect win conditions flawlessly. The environment is fully optimized for Firebase Hosting, providing a seamless transition from local development to a globally accessible web game.
